Customer Review: I bought this product last July to install in my truck. I was hesitant at first because it was not a name-brand manufacturer, but I took the chance anyway. The headrests were significantly cheaper than any others I had seen in various big-box stores or other websites.
I can't comment on ease of installation because I had Best Buy do the install for me (a man has to know his limits:)). What I can say definitively is that they have been worth the price I paid for them.

Customer Review: For a relatively inexpensive microphone that doesn't require any external equipment to convert it to USB, I think this is a good buy. I don't count the headphones in the equation since I think they are of poor quality, but I didn't care. I bought it for the mic.
